1. LJL Limos act as a broker. All bookings are subject to a broker's booking fee which is payable in advance to LJL Limos. No booking will be confirmed until the deposit and full amount of the flight has been paid by the client/s in full. As we act as a broker when hiring the private jets and helicopters, it is entirely the charters decision to refund any money already paid by you to the charter. We are unable to refund the broker's booking fee. No responsibility or liability can be accepted by LJL Limos for delay or cancellation of the booking due to any of the following situations arising; adverse weather conditions (e.g. snow, flood or high winds), official road diversions, road traffic accident, mechanical, electrical or material failure of the vehicle howsoever caused. WE accept no responsibility to charters or suppliers claims on the number of passengers being carried in the Jet or Helicopter. LJL Limos will place a aircraft hire based on the number of passengers that the aircraft you have booked is designed for.

2. By LJL Limos confirming your booking, you are accepting the terms of this agreement, which incorporate information, restrictions and obligation detailed. You therefore agree to abide to the entire agreement between us and you with regards to your booking and travel arrangements. You also consent to  LJL Limos processing personal information regarding you and other members of your party, should this be provided to us

3. Charter flight terms and conditions will be sent to you when taking the broker's booking fee.

4. Full payment MUST be received when / if you agree to the charters terms and conditions.

5. Your terms and conditions information will inform you on the maximum weight of baggage you are entitled to carry, the charters safety policy and other restrictions the charter may have for a safe and enjoyable flight.
