Events Terms & Conditions

1. |

The company reserves the right to change its rates or services offered, or to modify these terms and conditions through written notification sent to the client 20 days prior to the effective date of change. If however the client is not happy with the changes, the client has the right to a full refund of their deposit. |

|
The company has the right to terminate services to any client upon 20 days notice prior to the event date. |
|

|
The client must leave a 25% deposit of the total amount for services when booking the event. |
|
| |
4. |
|
The full amount must be paid upon request, failure to do so will result in the termination of the client’s event / events and a loss of the client’s deposit. |
|

5. |
|
If for any reason the terms and conditions are breached by the client, it will result in a loss of the clients 25% deposit. |
